GILLIAN BEALE KING is an international-level professional equestrian with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cabrini University. She has extensive knowledge in the education, training, and showing process with horses and riders of all levels and disciplines. Gillian has shown expansively in the Hunter and Jumper rings, evented through the Two Star level, as well as shown Side Saddle, galloped race horses and Fox Hunted. Career highlights include being the youngest rider to ever win at the Radnor Hunt International Three Day and Horse Trials, receiving countless top placings at the Devon Horse Show in the Hunter and Jumper rings, winning a Hunter Derby and the Over Fences Side Saddle Stake at the Devon Horse Show and the Upperville Colt and Horse Show. Coaching highlights include having trained the second highest ranked Pony Jumper in the country in 2013. Gillian’s training methods, experience and dedication are consummate, as she incorporates American and European philosophies into her training program at her own Main Line Sport Horses, LLC. Under her parents, Event Rider Susie Beale and international level Grand Prix Rider Doug King, her grandfathers, British Equestrian Team Member Jeremy Beale, and Hunter King, all around horseman and top Hunter/Jumper trainer, Olympic Eventing Gold Medalist Phillip Dutton, and Irish Nations Cup rider Paddy O’Donnell, among other top international show jumping and three day event riders both in the U.S. and abroad.

As a show jumping, show hunter and international event rider, Gillian has a wealth of experience to offer clients as a trainer and instructor.
